Reviews and Ratings
The Alicia Hotel is a modern and beautiful accommodation located in a bustling area, yet surprisingly quiet. The room, though lovely, was quite compact, and the bathroom was tiny. Overall, a nice stay with some limitations.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were really nice and spacious, with high ceilings, excellent sound insulation, and air conditioning. The terrace was spacious and comfortable for hanging out. The service was amazing, with staff going out of their way to provide excellent service and recommendations. The location couldn't have been better, within easy walking distance to major sights and great restaurants. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean, although they had a bit of a budget feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some unkempt aspects. The location was excellent, right at the heart of the city center, surrounded by attractions, but there were some minor inconveniences. The dining options were good, with a varied selection, but the setting didn't quite match the hotel's style. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious, but there was no effort to accommodate our tired selves with early check-in. However, the room had a fabulous sunny terrace, even though it was a bit smallish and peculiar in layout.
I stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room with a rooftop terrace was exceptional, complete with a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom upstairs, and a lovely terrace with an amazing bath. The service was top-notch, with immediate assistance and friendly English-speaking staff. The location was perfect, right at Plaza de Santa Ana, close to major attractions. The dining experience was good, although breakfast setup took some time to understand. Overall, a great stay!
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms facing the street were really nice and spacious, providing good value at an extra €15 per night. The rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. However, the dining experience was not impressive, lacking that 'wow' factor and somewhat expensive overall.
